Return Policy

  Product Guarantee


1.  All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

2.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price.

3.  We warrant our products for one year under normal, non-commercial use. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective product.

4.  After ninety (90) days and up to one year of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request


5.  The warranty period is one year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.All non defective returns have to be in new and resalable condition. If the customer does not wish to exchange their product, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
